When you cook the ingredients according to the directions on the package. You will get the 'Basic Nutrition' It always helps to; Rinse the Rice and/or Beans. If you have more time, you may soak your rice/beans for as little as one hour. Or you may soak them overnight. At this point, you can spend more time & 'sprout' you Seeds of Love. To do so, simply; place rinsed product in a glass quart jar, cheesecloth & rubber band as a lid. Cover with fresh water & soak 8 hours. Drain, using cheesecloth as strainer & rinse thoroughly. Keeping them in a warm, dim place, repeat rinse/drain procedure every 6-8 hours, for 2-4 days. You will barely be able to see it when it happens. The longer you wait, the more enzymatic activity there will be. Don't let the 'tails' get much longer than 1/4 inch before you cook them. Mung Beans sprout the fastest. Keep things clean! Cook as you would, the difference being, you have unlocked the vast nutritional potential by sprouting your seeds. While there is little wrong with cooking & eating unsoaked/unsprouted beans & rice. Starting with Congee, either Sweet or Savory. Figs are a Great addition to the already sweet flavors of the raisins & cashews. Blueberries at the end really brighten things up too! My favorite is to add more dried fruit, any will do & sweeten with maple sugar! Eat your Purple Heart out!

To support your 'third eye' chakra, eat darker Blue veggies that are almost purple, like broccoli, green beans, broccoli & kale. Just cut them up & add to pot last 10 minutes of cooking. I like Dyno Kale & Purple Carrots, steamed.

This, is my favorite! I eat it Regularly. Usually with 1 cup of Cream added to the water. Stir, stir, stir. The more you stir, the longer it takes, the 'Creamier' it will be. No Lie! Blueberries are Crazy Good, but. My Personal Favorite is Diced Peaches with a 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves thrown in. Hold on!
